   Criminal Laws   Criminal law , as distinguished from civil  law , is a system of  laws  concerned with punishment of individuals who commit  crimes . Thus, where in a civil case two individuals dispute their rights, a  criminal  prosecution involves the government deciding whether to punish an individual. It proscribes conduct percieved as threatening harmful or otherwise endangering to the property, health, safety and moral welfare of people inclusive one's self. The laws are enacted by the legislature. Criminal laws includes the punishment for those who have broken these laws.      

  Traffic laws        Traffic laws are they laws which govern traffic regulate vehicles, while rules of the road are both formal rules and informal rules made to make sure the regular flow of traffic.                                     

  Civil Laws Civil laws is a body of rules that defy and protect the rights of private rights of citizens and provide legal remedies to resolve any dispute regarding:- contrats, properties, torts.
